Shipping Policy & Methods

Listed below are all the shipping methods RegoGear.com currently offers. All products are shipped within the United States via USPS ground and air, and generally shipped on the next business day with expected delivery times of 2-7 full business days. We’re looking out for you so on occasion, please allow at least 1 business day (Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays, within the United States) for order verification and credit approval prior to shipping your order.

USPS - Priority Mail Express

Please allow at least 1 business day for order processing and 1-3 full business days for delivery.

Delivery days are Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays, within the United States. We do not process orders on the weekend, so orders placed on Friday are usually shipped on Monday.

Shipping costs are calculated in real-time through the USPS website. Shipping cost will vary depending on weight and zip-code.

INTERNATIONAL

Unfortunately, we are not offering international shipping at this time.


U.S. TERRITORIES

RegoGear.com does not currently ship orders to U.S. Territories (American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Marianna Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands).


MILITARY APO/FPO ADDRESS

Shipments to PO boxes and to APO/FPO/DPO address may require long shipping times. We cannot quarantee delivery dates nor delivery to military shipping addresses.

PO BOXES

Yes, we do provide shipping to most PO Boxes.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

RegoGear.com is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that the billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If RegoGear.com has shipped the item to an address other than the one provided, then we will either refund the amount originally charged to the credit card used for the purchase or ship your original order at no additional cost.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING

Orders expected to be received by December 25th are required to be placed on or before December 15th, 3pm EST to guarantee delivery.


QUESTIONS FREQUENTLY ASKED

When will my order be shipped? When will it arrive?
If your order was placed Monday thru Thursday it may be shipped the same day or the day after, depending on credit card verification and approval. If your order was placed on Friday prior to 3:00pm EST, the order may be shipped the same day, if not it will be shipped on Monday. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has shipped.

What's the status of my order? How do I track my order?
Once you have placed an order, you can check on its status at any time. Simply log in to My Account and click on Completed Orders. Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that will contain your tracking information.

Will my credit card be charged immediately?
No. We will not charge your credit card until your order is shipped. When you enter your credit card information on the final review page, we'll give you an order confirmation number. You will also immediately receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received. We will send you another e-mail to notify you when your order has been shipped and we've charged your credit card.

Will/Why did you call me to verify my order?
Security is our highest priority, if in the normal course of fraud control we find something questionable regarding your order; we will call or e-mail you to verify your information.

How do I know that my order has been shipped?
When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number so that you can track it online through My Account.

How do I change or cancel an order?
If for any reason you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact customer service at 442-222-8679 as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, keep in mind our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. As a result, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.

What are my payment options?
We accept American Express, Discover, Visa, Mastercard, and Paypal.

Do you collect sales tax?
Yes, where required by law to charge and collect sales tax.

How do you calculate shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated in real-time through the USPS website.
